Date Shake

Challenge Level: Beginner

From the pantry:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 20 pitted dates
  • 1 small bowl of ice cubes
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon

Mix away:

  1. Put the dates and milk in the mixer and blend.
  2. Add ice cubes and cinnamon and blend again.
  3. Serve as is in tall glasses.
