Masala Lassi

The eternal Indian summer drink is a must-have during the sunny months. Kick back your heels and cool down with this this easy peasy blend.

From The Pantry:

  • 3 cups curd
  • 1½  cups cold water
  • Handful coriander leaves
  • Handful mint leaves
  • 1 green chilli, deseeded
  • ½ teaspoon ginger, grated
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder, roasted
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ice cubes as needed

Mix Away:

  1.       Blend mint, coriander, green chilli, ginger, spices, and salts along with half cup water in a mixer.
  2.       Add remaining one cup water and curd to the mix and blend again. Pour into glasses, top with ice cubes, and serve.
